I notice you place each triangle individually. That's a waste of time, what I do with my level editor is I place all the points for a complex concave polygon in the editor, then the code uses an Ear Clipping algorithm to turn the polygon into triangles, then it runs through merging these triangles together into the least possible polygons but still convex, so they can be used for SAT collision detection.

Well, that's what I'm doing for my XBLA prototype and Steam demo anyway, works fantastic so far. Much easier to edit and make changes too.

And congrats for working full time. I only just started working full time on games as well, feels good man.
